Hey there! Welcome to my Winner Million casino review. I’m glad you stopped by, and after reading this, you’ll be glad you did, too.
If you’re new here, you’ll know that I regularly promise to open a can of whoop ass on the casinos which I don’t feel are playing fair, and being true to my word, that’s exactly what I’m going to do today. I’m afraid I won’t be recommending Winner Million until they clean their act up, which by the look of it, that might be a while.
In every casino intro I’ve ever written, I promise not to lead you down a digital dark alley where you’ll get mugged for your precious cash. Today, you get to see that I mean it, and that’s why this is the best darn casino review site on the web!
Let’s get stuck in, shall we?
Ps: If you want to save time, why not skip the action and go straight to our casino review section where you can pick another casino site?
Is Winner Million Legit?
I have reasons to believe this casino is not legitimate. Here’s why.
- Winner Million recently had its Curacao iGaming license suspended for running pirated NetEnt games. This is a bad sign, as it takes a lot to get the Curacao authorities riled up enough to revoke a license.
- This casino has unfair clauses in its terms and conditions which make it extremely difficult to withdraw anything you deposit. See the “banking” section below for further details.
- There are too many negative Winner Million reviews online. Some could be fake, but it’s way beyond that.
For these reasons, I’m not going to recommend playing at this casino. I would stick to other casino sites.
About Winner Million
Here’s the essential information about the operators behind Winner Million. This is all I could find out from both the website and other reputable online resources.
Operator | Winner Million |
Year Established | 2016 |
Other Sites Owned | N/A |
License(s) | Curacao |
Payouts Verified By | Not Verified |
The information above isn’t exactly reassuring. I could find very little about who is running this site, what other sister sites they own (if any), and whether or not they’re trustworthy. One thing I did learn from my research is that the Curacao authorities revoked Winner Million’s gaming license for running pirated games. That’s not reassuring, either.
Honestly speaking, this casino could use a face-lift. It’s not terrible, but some of the game thumbnails are way out of whack size-wise, and the menus/layout of the site could be a lot better with the aid of a professional web designer.
Who Can and Can’t Play at Winner Million?
There isn’t a list of restricted countries here. However, players from the following countries won’t be able to play NetEnt games:
- USA
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Italy
- Spin
- Israel
- Czech Republic
- Hong Kong
- Belgium
- Denmark
If you’re from one of these countries, it’s worth checking out some of our other casino reviews.
The Good Stuff
While I do not recommend this casino, it would be unfair to simply crucify it without pointing out a few good things about it. Just as no site is perfect, no site is all bad, either.
Decent Live Casino
If you like live dealer games, you’ll be able to play plenty of baccarat, blackjack, and roulette variants from Ezugi Gaming.
Plenty of Games Available
Aside from live games, there are lots of video slots, digital table and card games, and video poker games to choose from.
With names like Microgaming and Playson powering some of the games, they can’t all be bad.
The Bad Stuff
Despite a couple of minor good points, the bad at this casino outweighs the good. These are major factors and are ultimately why I decided not to recommend Winner Million.
Poor Design/Layout
The user experience as a whole isn’t great at this casino. The game thumbnails are stretched and look out of proportion, and the menus/layout don’t exactly make the site user-friendly.
This indicated an amateur firm or one which doesn’t care much. Either way, it’s not a good look.
Predatory Terms and Conditions
If you scroll down to the “banking” section below, you’ll discover some hidden traps in the terms and conditions which make it virtually impossible for you to get your money back out once you deposit it.
I’m used to seeing wagering requirements on casino bonuses, but placing 10x wagering terms on your own deposits is just plain sneaky.
Bad Reputation
Overall, Winner Million has a bad reputation with existing players.
It’s had its gaming license suspended for running pirated NetEnt games before, there are too many complaints about slow payouts or refusals to pay for it to be coincidence, and the general consensus about the site within the online gambling community is that it’s not recommended.
Game Selection
A great casino should provide something for everyone, and to Winner Million’s credit, it does that.
There are over 420 games available at this casino, including video slots, digital card and table games, live games, and some novelty games.
In this section, I’ll outline which software providers are running the games and exactly which games are available category by category.
Software
Winner Million offers games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Playson, Mr Slotty, Ezugi, and Tomhorn.
These are all big names, but it’s disconcerting to know that Winner Million was caught running pirated games. While its license has been reinstated, it does make me wonder if the games are legit versions as of now.
Slots
There are lots of video slots from multiple software firms available here. If you do decide to play them, I recommend checking out:
- Starburst
- Joker Pro
- Secret Code
- Zombies
- Dazzle Me
- Glow
- Clover Tales
- Drive – Multiplier Mayhem
- Wild Water
- Magic Portals
- Playboy Gold
- Highlander
- Bikini Party
- Immortal Romance
- Life of Riches
- Dragonz
- Frozen Diamonds
- Basketball Star
- Tarzan
- Gold Rush
- Art of the Heist
- Aloha! Cluster Pays
- Koi Princess
- Neon Staxx
While the games are all offered in demo mode, none of them loaded when I tried to play them. I was highly reluctant to sign up and make a deposit to try them given the banking terms and conditions (see below), but it didn’t matter anyway because I was unable to complete my registration.
Video Poker
As a video poker fanatic, I was underwhelmed with the selection of titles on offer at Winner Million. There’s a handful of games, which might satisfy casual players but won’t do it for a hardcore video poker player. You can play:
- All American
- Deuces Wild
- Jacks or Better
- Joker Wild
Again, free versions of all the games are offered, and you don’t need an account to play them. However, I was unable to load a single one of them even after giving the site permission to load flash in my browser.
Table Games
If digital versions of table and card games are your thing, you’ll find a large selection of them here. Just about every major casino game is offered. Titles include:
- Baccarat
- Punto Banco
- Blackjack
- Classic Blackjack
- Single-Deck Blackjack
- Double Exposure Blackjack
- Mini Blackjack
- Pontoon
- Classic Roulette
- Advanced Roulette
- European Roulette
- French Roulette
- Mini Roulette
- Casino Hold’em Poker
- Oasis Poker
- Red Dog Poker
- American Roulette
Again, I wish I could tell you more about the games, but none of them load in demo mode, and I was unable to complete the registration process at Winner Million, so I couldn’t even log in to open them in real money mode.
Live Casino
The live dealer games here are powered by Ezugi and NetEnt. These are both reputable live games firms. Your options include:
- Baccarat
- Blackjack
- Roulette
Unlike the other games here, no free versions are offered. You’ll have to make a deposit and play for real money if you want to check these out.
Other Games
Virtual dog racing and virtual horse racing are both available at this casino along with several different variants of keno and one digital bingo game.
My Favorite Find at Winner Million
Since I was unable to play the games here due to a failure in the registration process and the fact that none of the demo-mode games load correctly, I don’t have a favorite game here. However, if I had to pick one based on experience, it would be Starburst by NetEnt.
Promotions
When you reach the promo page of Winner Million, it’s undeniable that there are some big offers, and they’re tempting.
That said, I always exercise caution when I see offers which seem too good to be true. As you’ll see, there’s very little information available as to the terms and conditions of the offers here.
I’ll outline each offer one by one, but be sure to check out my “bonuses summary” below before making a decision to take any of these offers.
Welcome Bonus
There is a multi-stage deposit bonus available to all new players at Winner Million. You’ll be rewarded for your first three deposits, as follows:
- You can claim 150% on your first deposit up to the value of €1,500 + 50 free spins on slots
- On your second deposit, you can claim 200% up to €1,000
- On your third deposit, you can claim 250% up to €500
The minimum deposit needed to activate the bonus is €20, but no information about wagering requirements could be found in the terms and conditions. I tried to ask the customer service rep about it, but I didn’t receive a reply.
Happy Thursdays
Each Thursday, you can claim a 20% reload bonus. There is no information about what the minimum deposits and/or maximum bonus amounts are. Again, the terms and conditions do not outline the wagering requirements or other stipulations.
Weekend Bonuses
It’s clear that two bonuses are available every weekend for registered players.
First, you’ll be able to claim a 200% deposit bonus. No information on the minimum/maximum bonus amounts or any of the terms and conditions is available.
Second, you can claim 20% back on all losses incurred over the weekend. As with the other bonuses here, no further information about this bonus is to be found on the site.
Player Referral Bonus
For each player you send to Winner Million, you’ll get €50 worth of free spins.
At this stage of the review, it’s become clear that you don’t want to send any real friends here, or they might not be your friend for long.
Bonuses Summary
Huge “too good to be true” bonuses always set alarm bells ringing in my head, and it looks like they should be heeded this time. I’m not saying these bonuses aren’t legit, but I am saying that everything in my experience reviewing online casinos tells me not to take them.
They’re too big, there’s too little information, and there’s something that strikes me as shady about both of those facts. If you do decide to make a deposit here and claim a bonus, start small and try to withdraw if you win before depositing larger amounts.
Banking
In many of my casino reviews on this site, I’ve emphasized that it’s important to never overlook the banking terms and conditions. Some of you may be tired of me harping on about this point, but today, you’re going to see why I put so much time into looking into it. As you’ll see, there are some nasty surprises hidden in the small print at Winner Million.
While there are no fees associated with withdrawals, there are some seriously concerning clauses in the banking terms and conditions at Winner Million. For example, once you make a deposit, you have to wager your own money 10x before you can ever withdraw it. This is utterly ridiculous and indicates that this casino is out to put the screws to you.
On top of this, if you elect to deposit €25 to test the waters, you will be able to withdraw a maximum of 10x your deposit if you hit the jackpot. This is punishing those who want to test the waters, which raises questions as to why.
There are a decent number of ways to make deposits and withdrawals at Winner Million. You can use credit/debit cards or two popular web wallets (Neteller and Skrill). I’d like to see more options, but this should cover most players.
No cryptocurrencies are currently accepted here. Lots of Curacao-licensed casinos do accept Bitcoin, at least, but this one has decided not to.
Wait times on withdrawals are stated as “same day” for web wallets and 3-5 business days for credit and debit cards. However, I would like to emphasize that there are lots of complaints on popular gambling forums about slow payouts and in some cases no payouts at all. Some of these could be competitors trying to trash the name of Winner Million, but as the old saying goes, there’s no smoke without fire.
Deposit Methods
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Paysafecard
Withdrawal Methods
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Paysafecard
VIP Program
If you make a minimum deposit of at least €2,000, you will qualify as a VIP at Winner Million.
There’s not much information about the program other than that it offers:
- Cashback on every bet
- Exclusive bonuses and offers
- Your own dedicated account manager
Again, I would exercise caution before making such a large deposit here. In fact, I flat-out wouldn’t do it, but that’s up to you, at the end of the day.
Customer Service
If you need to reach the Winner Million customer support team, you can do so via the choices below.
Email – Use the contact form available on the site or email [email protected] with your questions. It looks like the average response time is between one day and never, from what I can gather from existing players.
Live Chat – The live chat feature is available directly on the site, but after asking a question, I got no reply for 10 minutes before giving up and shutting it down. This isn’t good enough.
Telephone – It’s great to see telephone support, but I didn’t make a call myself, so I can’t say exactly what it’s like. The Winner Million telephone number is +44563786376.
While it’s good to see all of the support options available, the service needs to improve dramatically. Given everything else I don’t like about this casino, a 10-minute wait for a reply (which never even came) did nothing to win me over.
Would I Play at Winner Million Casino?
I cannot on good conscience recommend Winner Million. Everything about it screams out “rogue casino” to me, and I would never lead you into playing at a site I don’t trust 100%. I value your trust too much to suggest playing here.
This site has had its gaming license suspended for running pirated NetEnt games, has predatory clauses in its terms and conditions which virtually ensure you will never get your money back once you deposit it, and the customer service team didn’t even bother to respond to my requests for further information on the bonuses.
This isn’t good enough, and you can do better than this. There are lots of world-class casinos out there, so check out some of our trusted casino reviews and take your pick. I suggest you give this one a miss and play elsewhere.
