What the eight facts can and cannot tell you
Every listed site is shown with the same eight facts: the licence the operator names, its welcome offer, wagering, minimum deposit, bonus code, payment methods, launch year and US terms. They come from the operator’s own pages and, for the licence, from the regulator’s public register. We do not open accounts, play or time withdrawals ourselves, so a payout window on our page is the time the operator says it needs, not a measurement.
The facts tell you what an operator promises in writing. They cannot tell you how it handles a complaint, whether it will approve your documents or how quickly it will actually pay you.
Accuracy and timeliness
