Be The Ruler of Your Own Palace at This Casino!
On this page
So you are familiar with this online casino that is not only cool, but also exists and has tons of fantastic slots and nonstop bingo. And before you take the plunge and sign up, you want the full lowdown and rundown, the straight skinny from top to bottom, on this place. And you want it now.
You've come to the right place. I am going to give you an in-depth review of The Palaces Casino, and I will do so impartially and honestly, so that you get an accurate picture of what is on offer here.
Unlike some of the other "reviews" out there, this one will shed light on both the good and the bad aspects of The Palaces Casino. If you are tired of encountering sales pitches thinly disguised as reviews, you may find this one refreshing.
This site went to number one by making sure it was authentic, and I intend to uphold that standard until I type my final review, whenever that may be. Let's get started!

About The Palaces Casino
The Palaces Casino began its online journey in 2007 and has since carved out a commendable niche for itself. It is now, and has always been since the site opened, managed by Palatial Leisure Limited, with this being the only online casino operated by the group. As such, there is no doubt that Palatial Leisure Limited has the concentrated resources of a single casino operator to make Palaces Casino an online success.
This site is UKGC certified. If you know what that is, you know that it means that a UK government body responsible for overseeing the gambling industry has given this site its seal of approval. So you can trust this casino completely.
You can play at The Palaces on any desktop or mobile phone. I've looked at the Android site as well as my iMac, so I'm absolutely certain that this site works like a dream on both platforms. This was consistent: The Palaces is just as smooth on the phone as it is on any desktop.
Who can participate in this casino and what areas are off limits? This is what I am going to explain to you.
Who Can Play at The Palaces Casino?
- USA
- Australia
- Canada
- Belgium
- France
- Hong Kong
- Israel
- Japan
- Turkey
A few other areas have restrictions, but these are the big markets we can't serve. If you want to see the full list, check out our terms and conditions. And if you can't play here, check out some of our other casino reviews.
Software Suppliers
I would rather a casino operate with a small number of world-class software providers than a large number of mediocre ones, even if the latter do provide some added variety.
This is exactly the case at The Palaces Casino. Two of the best names in the business provide the games, which means all the games are top notch.
You’ll be able to enjoy games from the suppliers listed below:
- NetEnt;
The Good Stuff
Large Range of Quality Video Slots
Slots and video poker are a priority at every casino I visit. Even a casual glance shows that The Palace has both in spades.
However, the slots selection is worth mentioning. There are many excellent top-tier slots from Netent and IGT, which means many, if not most, of the best slots online, period.
You can also take a shot at several progressive jackpots, which will hopefully satisfy the appetite of those of you who dream of that one spin that changes everything.
Fast, Reliable Payouts
One thing that will ruin my perception of a casino I'm reviewing is slow payouts. Casinos are quick to take your money, and so goes my thinking: They should be quick to give it back. I'm sure you agree.
This shows that this casino cares about its players, which I always like to see!
Dedicated Bingo Section
I am not much of a bingo player myself, but I do enjoy the occasional game. I know there are a lot of players who love it, so I thought it was worth mentioning that the Palaces Casino has a dedicated bingo section that has non-stop games going 24 hours a day.
Any legs 11? Bingo is a perfect way to relax, switch off your brain and just have some good old fashioned fun. If this sounds like you, then take a look at this section.
The Bad Stuff
No USA Players
Here we have yet another casino that doesn't want to deal with the possible repercussions from Uncle Sam and, as a result, doesn't want to deal with players from the United States.
No Sports Betting
I am a betting man in many ways, and I also enjoy placing a small bet on football and boxing.
Unfortunately, sports betting is not available at The Palaces Casino. This doesn't really affect me, as I have plenty of other accounts to bet on. I just thought I should mention it because some people might have a bigger problem with it.
Game Selection
If a casino is going to entice me to stay for the long haul, it has to offer a solid selection of games - not just one or two - so that I can enjoy my time there and fully explore my gaming interests. This means that, at a minimum, it must offer not only Blackjack and Baccarat, but also variety and quality in the other mainstays of my casino life: Video Poker and various types of Slot Machines.
In this section, I'll examine each category of games to determine exactly what's on offer and whether the games are of a reasonable standard. I will also comment on the betting limits that apply to certain types of games.
Poker
I wouldn't exactly call The Palaces Casino a paradise for poker players. It lacks both live tournaments and live dealer poker. However, if you want to play against the house, there are a few digital poker games available at the casino.
You’ll be able to play these options:
- The game popularly known as poker
- Texas Hold'em poker. Its basic rules and method of play are as follows:
- Caribbean Stud Poker
- H. L. Mencken wrote, "For every problem there is a solution that is neat, plausible, and wrong." This is true of Governor Jeb Bush's proposal to overhaul the way Florida pays for public schools
You don't have to take my word for it: the games are all excellent. And you can see for yourself in "Demo Mode". This allows you to play without risking any of your own money.
If you choose to wager real money, you can play for stakes ranging from $1 to $500 per hand. The high end won't be for everyone, but it's a healthy limit when you're doing this in a casino and not just online. Remember to always gamble responsibly.
Video Poker
If you're a regular reader, you probably know that I'm one of those unusual players who relishes the opportunity to invest time in tedious, even tedious, tasks. I enjoy - no, I love - spending hours and hours refining and perfecting the strategy I use to win at video poker.
As an avid fan of video poker, I feel pretty good about the variety of games The Palaces offers. It may not be the largest selection I've come across, but I think it will satisfy the needs of just about any video poker player.
- Completely American
- unmistakably American
- wholly American
- purely American
- across the board American
- Joker Wild Double Up
- Jacks or Better;
- Jacks or Better - Match Pay Times;
- Play Ultimate Five in such a way as to achieve a five-play maximum. Playing to reach a five-play maximum requires skill and self-control
- Ten Play of Ultimate;
Once again, these games are among the very best. They boot up in a flash, run smoothly and without a hitch, and you can see for yourself by going into demo mode and putting them through their paces. A truly immersive experience awaits you!
Hence, this caters to all players, irrespective of their bankroll.
Table Games
While most casinos these days offer a limited number of digital games and a larger number of live dealer games, The Palaces does just the opposite. Its actual selection of live dealer games seems far more numerous and popular than what you usually find, but its digital game selection is no slouch either.
You can play:
- Classic Blackjack
- Mini Blackjack
- Proficient in the Game of Twenty-One
- Blackjack Double Exposure - All of the dealer's cards are dealt face up in this variation of Blackjack. - Players play against the dealer's total and must beat the dealer to win. - If the dealer has Blackjack, all player bets lose, except for those made on a push. - A push occurs when a player's total equals the dealer's total;
- PONTOON
- Baccarat
- American Roulette
- European Roulette;
- Mini Roulette ;
- Double Spin Roulette ;
- Three Wheel Roulette.
There are other casinos that offer many more variations, but I think it's fair to say that this selection is more than enough for most casino players. For me personally, it's definitely enough, and even after years of playing, I still can't get too excited about a variant like Atlantic City Rules when I could just as easily be playing Classic Blackjack.
All of these games can also be played in demo mode. If you're a serious high roller, you'll be able to do your thing here, and there's a chance you could win some serious cash.
Slots
My passion for video slots runs deep, and apparently I'm not the only one with this affection. Why else would virtually every casino offer us hundreds of this particular type of game? A lot. And when we think of the various ways to "play" a casino, table games and card games make up a small percentage of the total number of games offered. Not that we don't enjoy them.
Some machines can pay out millions of dollars in an instant, and I think that's the real reason for their popularity. Also, they're just so much fun! Those free spins, bonus rounds and bonus wheels - they are exciting to say the least.
I recommend checking out the list below:
- Mega Jackpots Cleopatra
- Gonzo's Quest
- Twin Spin Deluxe
- Lights shall be provided to illuminate all work areas in accordance with the minimum levels specified in the lighting standards. Special consideration shall be given to areas with high noise levels, visually distracting surfaces, and parts of the work area where it is critical for workers to see clearly. These areas shall be illuminated so that the minimum average maintained illuminance meets or exceeds the following:
- 1. For normal tasks in visually distracting environments 300 lux (28 foot-candles) with a maximum to minimum ratio of 3 to 1
- 2. For critical tasks that require a high degree of control over the parts of the workspace that are seen: 750 lux (70 foot-candles) with a maximum to minimum ratio of 3 to 1
- Aloha! Pays cluster;
- Golden Goddess;
- Staxx Butterfly
- Guns n' Roses;
- Jackhammer II:
- Mimicry;
- Wolf Club
- Reel Chaos South Park
- 100,000 Pyramid;
- Dead or Alive;
- Me Dazzle;
- Siberian Storm;
- Excalibur;
- MOTÖRHEAD;
- Isle o' Plenty;
- Wishing you wealth and prosperity;
- Reel Rush;
You can also demo these other games. This is a great way to try out cool new features and get a feel for the potentially huge jackpots before you risk any of your own money.
Live Casino
A live dealer experience is available, albeit in a limited number of games. This could definitely be built upon as live dealer games are really taking off and most agree that they're the future of the online casino business.
It is possible to play Blackjack and Roulette with real dealers. Unlike the other games on this site, these two cannot be played for free. However, you are welcome to sit and watch for as long as you like. Just know that it is not quite the same as playing with real cards and a real dealer.
I have done exactly as you asked and can confirm that the live games are of excellent quality. What do you expect from Net Entertainment and IGT?
Other Games
Simply click on the "Bingo" tab and you will see the games that are either in progress or about to start. There is always a game in progress or about to start, so your wait time is minimal when you decide to get involved.
Promotions
Palaces Casino has two types of customers. There are the service customers and the product customers. The first type goes to the casino to play games of chance. The second type goes to the bingo, where numbers and sometimes words on the cards are smeared. These two groups are served quite differently. And for us, very interestingly.
You will notice that there are no gimmicky bonuses and that there are not many daily or weekly offers. Whether this turns you off or not, I cannot say; my job is to present the facts, not to judge.
Casino Welcome Bonus
The layout of this offer is outlined below.
- Bonus 1 - You will receive a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to a total of $100. In addition, this bonus entitles you to 50 free spins to be used on slot machines
Each bonus has a minimum deposit requirement of $10 to receive the bonus. You also have to play through the bonus money 35 times before you can cash it out. I think this is pretty reasonable and if it was any better, I'd say you got lucky!
Bingo Welcome Bonus
Should you have a fancy for a bit of bingo, claiming the welcome bonus that is quite tempting will be an option for you. Here's how it works:
- Deposit Bonus - You can claim a 100% deposit match up to a value of $100.
You can't cash out the bonus money, but after fulfilling the 2x playthrough requirements, you can cash out your winnings. This is fair and more than possible.
However, the $5 per day bonuses will only be released after you have wagered $10 at each stage. These bonuses are similar to the ongoing 50% deposit bonuses - where the money to play with is not available until you have met the play through requirement.
Anytime Bingo Bonus
This is the only ongoing bonus outlined on The Palaces Casino promos page.
A 15% deposit bonus can be cashed in at any time on deposits up to $150. The minimum deposit is $10 and the play-through requirement is 2x before cashing out any winnings.
Banking
There are no fees associated with depositing or withdrawing funds from the Casino. However, if you're thinking of using this method, always check with your card issuer first. I've been hit with cash advance fees once or twice for funding my gambling habit with a credit card.
If you withdraw using Neteller or Skrill, you can expect to receive your money back within 12 hours. If you use a credit or debit card, you can expect it to take a little longer - 3 to 5 days. Consider yourself lucky if you get it in 3.
The Palaces does not currently accept cryptocurrency. However, it's possible that they may jump on the bandwagon in the next few years as they watch all of their competing casinos accept this form of payment.

Customer Service
If you need assistance, an agent is always available to help you. You can contact us through these channels.
If you have a general question, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. You can expect a response within 3-4 hours during off-peak hours. Email us.
You could wait up to 12 hours if it's really busy. Obviously, this is more appropriate for questions that can tolerate some back and forth over more than a few hours, which is usually the case with questions like the ones I came up with for this list.
Immediate assistance - If you have an urgent matter to discuss, such as an account issue, and you need it resolved now, the live chat option is the easiest and fastest way to get help.
The "Live Chat" button is always displayed in the lower right corner of the screen and is bright green. If you need to communicate with a person rather than a computer, click the button. You will be connected to an agent in approximately 20 seconds. I was connected to a person named Jan. I did not ask Jan to summarize the Direct Answers to my questions session; however, for professional and helpful live chat service, I give Jan five stars.
While I did not make the call, I certainly give The Palaces Casino credit for allowing their customers to do so. For some, a problem requires a voice on the other end to make it right. For those people for whom a phone call is still the preferred means of communication, they should know that The Palaces Casino allows chat agents to work with them in real time over an actual phone.
Palaces Casino on Social Media - Palaces Casino has Facebook and Twitter accounts. You can connect with both of them to get quick answers to your questions.
The customer service at this casino is top notch. It was appreciated - job well done, The Palaces!
Would I Play at The Palaces Casino?
Yes, I would definitely play at The Palaces Casino.
The best way to find out if this is the casino for you is to experience it for yourself. Do it. I bet you'll like it!
