Welcome to my impartial Chanz Casino review. I’m glad you found me.

If you are a regular reader of casino-guide.biz, it is nice to see you again! If you're not a regular, what you're about to read may surprise you. Allow me to explain.

This casino review site is unlike many other sites you may have come across. It is a 100% honest site. Read on and you will see that this reviewer calls out the casino on several weaknesses, as this reviewer does with almost every casino reviewed.

I'm not here to sell you anything. Instead, I aim to sell you on the casino that best suits your individual needs. This review covers the key aspects of what the site has to offer during your potentially long stay there.

Let's get started. Is Chanz Casino one of the best, or just as run-of-the-mill as the rest? That's what I'm going to show you in the rest of this review.

Chanz Casino went live in 2015 and is owned and operated by Dreambox Games OU. Although this company does not run any other online casinos, it has built a trustworthy and solid reputation in the several years it has operated Chanz. This is a platform you can count on.

Chanz holds an online gaming license in Estonia, which I wouldn't call the gold standard. But at the end of the day, it is a government authority under EU regulation, and to me, Chanz is an online casino you can trust. You can trust it because it is independently audited by eCOGRA, which I would consider the gold standard for online gaming audits.

This particular casino is highly regarded as one of the best for slot players. You can enjoy the vast selection of games on both mobile and computer platforms, including Apple and Android smartphones and tablets. The variety is astounding.

Let us now take a closer look at who can actually play on the Chanz platform and then shed some light on some other essential features of the platform. These "other features" are actually the nuts and bolts of any gaming platform, and I think Chanz has them all pretty well covered.

Players from the following countries won’t be able to play at Chanz Casino:

• USA
• UK
• Belgium
• Czech Republic
• Denmark
• France
• Hong Kong
• Italy
• Spain
• Turkey

If you're from one of the countries mentioned above, don't worry; there are plenty of other excellent casinos out there for you. The reasons why Chanz can't accept you are almost certainly related to legalities and licensing. Check out our comprehensive list of casino reviews and find one where you can successfully make money and have fun.

Which company produces a better-quality car – Lamborghini or Ford?

While there's nothing wrong with Fords, it's obviously a Lamborghini. How did I know you would choose that? Because we all have similar perceptions of brands.

If you are new to online casino gaming, you may not be familiar with the different brands of games. Don't worry, you don't have to. What you should know is that Chanz only works with the best companies in the industry.

• NetEnt;
• Microgaming;
• Thunderkick is a Swedish gaming supplier that offers its products in several countries. This company was founded by some former NetEnt employees and its presence in the iGaming world has become quite substantial in recent years. Game joggers, the tubes through which we experience online slots, are not exclusive to Thunderkick. What is more exclusive to Thunderkick is the way it expresses itself through these game joggers, mixing a very telling batch of elements in every game it creates;

You may be a casino veteran and still be wondering, "Magnet who? I thought the same thing when I first came across Magnet Gaming. I expected them to be a bigger player in the online gaming space, but they're not. Turns out they're this Danish startup that I've now played a few of their slots with. They're building a solid reputation, not a huge presence - yet.

Huge Range of Quality Slots

If your primary goal is to spin the reels in search of that life-changing winning combination, you'll be hard-pressed to find a more stellar selection of slot games than this.

The best online slots come from Microgaming and NetEnt, and most of their best games are offered right here. You'll be able to play some of their most popular titles, including Mega Moolah and Starburst.

If progressive jackpot games are your cup of tea, you’ll have plenty of options, too.

Fast, Responsive Customer Service

Friendly, Social Element to the Site

Chanz has a social element to it, which many online casinos lack.

After logging in, you will see a chat feature in the right sidebar. Here you can add friends, accept friend requests, and receive messages from the Chanz team.

This can make games especially enjoyable when competing with your friends.

No USA Players

If you’re an American player, check out our list of USA-friendly casinos for some other options.

Limited Selection of Video Poker Titles

If you are a video poker fan like me, you will be faced with a narrow selection of games. There are only two video poker games. If this is your game, you'll find better options elsewhere.

Slots are definitely where Chanz Casino's heart is, with the vast majority of its games being just that.

This is undoubtedly aimed primarily at slot machine players. Let us now take a look at exactly what game versions are offered under the different classifications.

Video Poker

As an experienced video poker player, I was disappointed that Chanz only offers two titles. If you play occasionally, this may not matter to you. But if you enjoy the thrill of signing up at every casino for a chance to play video poker, we think that offering only two titles will leave you underwhelmed.

You can check out the following:

• Jacks or Better;
• Bonus Deuces Wild;

The selection is limited, but the games load quickly and play smoothly. This is much more important than how many there are.

Both titles are available to play for free if you would like to try them out without any risk. If you then decide to play for real money, you can wager anything from $1.25 to $25 per spin.

Table Games

I wouldn't exactly call the selection of table and card games at Chanz vast, but it covers all the important bases, and you'll find all the popular casino games nestled among them. If you're the type who likes a good, offbeat variation, you might be left wanting, but if you just want to play the card games you know and love in their unadulterated form, Chanz has them all.

You’ll be able to play the following:

• Gold Baccarat;
• Blackjack;
• Premier Blackjack
• American Roulette
• European Roulette
• Horse Racing Roulette
• Triple Pocket Hold'em;

They load quickly (

Again, you can try any of these games for yourself in demo mode. If you want to play for real money, you can bet between $1 and $200 per spin/hand.

Slots

There's almost nothing I find harder to ignore than a jackpot tracker showing a multi-million dollar progressive jackpot that keeps growing. I've devoured the tales of the lucky souls who hit life-changing payouts of tens of millions on a single spin, and I'm hell-bent on either joining their ranks or having such a riveting time at their game that I come close to emulating the kind of thrill these lucky players seem to experience.

Chanz is home to many of the best slot games available online, all under one digital roof. I suggest you take a look at these games:

• Thunderstruck II
• Gridiron Hero
• Castle Builder II;
• Unbending Desire (5)
• A critique of the HBO adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire
• Mega Moolah
• Terminator II
• Jurassic Park
• Rugby Superstar
• A Divine Fortune
• Jackhammer II
• Starburst
• Reel Rush
• Koi Princess
• Plants;

You can try all of these video slots for free, just like the other games. It's a great way to explore new games and see what they're like, feature-wise and jackpot-wise, without putting your bankroll at risk.

You will also see that the arrangements of the slots fall under some distinctive classifications, such as "A Little Bit of Magic" and "Bet Small - Win Big!

Live Casino

These days, most casinos offer at least a few table and card games with real, live dealers. And with video streaming virtually perfected in most of the developed world, why not? It's certainly fun to play blackjack or roulette with, say, a dippy blonde from Poland. Wouldn't you say?

The live games selection is somewhat limited, but you’ll be able to play the following:

• Blackjack:
• Blackjack, also known as twenty-one, is a carefully structured game of luck and skill played with a standard deck of 52 cards (or two, halved), using natural and forced strategies to win large sums of money, usually. It is played against the house, and if you get a little overconfident or just plain unlucky, you can lose a fortune. However, in some variations and with impeccable strategy, even a skilled player can just break even against the house. Here are the basic elements of the game
• VIP Blackjack
• Classic Roulette:
• In this classic game, a wheel is spun and a ball is thrown in the opposite direction onto the wheel. The ball bounces around the numbers on the wheel, eventually landing in one of the numbered pockets. The outcome of the game is then determined by which of a series of numbers on the wheel the ball finally lands in;

These games are not available in free mode. Since it costs the casino to hire dealers to run the games, this is understandable.

Other Games

Chanz Casino offers only a small number of instant win or novelty games. You can only play a version of Keno here. But that's the extent of your options for enjoying these types of games at this online casino.

If you’re into virtual sports, Chanz has a bunch of these available, including horse racing and motor racing.

Chanz Casino offers both. You’ll get a four-tier welcome bonus and endless ongoing free spins and extra bonuses.

In this section I will describe the different offers and their terms and conditions. This will save you from having to wade through the offers and their associated terms and conditions.

No-Deposit Free Spins

Players from Norway, Sweden, and Finland are eligible to claim 10 free spins with no deposit required.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome package is structured as follows:

• You will be eligible to receive a total of 100% of your deposit up to a maximum of $300, plus 25 free spins on the slot machine known as Starburst. Also, 25 spins on Aloha! Cluster Pays are also included in the offer.
• Finally, you'll receive a 200% match up to $200 and 25 free spins on The Rift slot.

You must deposit at least $20 at each stage of the offer. The shiny bonus cash comes with a wager requirement of 60x, which is a bit of a disappointment. On top of that, if you win big, you can only cash out a maximum of $250.

Loyalty Bonuses

Instead of the endless parade of gimmicky bonuses (weekly or daily) offered by other sites, Chanz has this cute thing they do with a progress bar. You fill it up (presumably with each actual wager) when you play casino games on the site, like spinning slots or playing blackjack. Each time you make a bet, the little progress bar fills up a little bit. And when it fills up completely, you win an actual bonus (which, you know, has some value, as opposed to the figurehead values of other sites' bonuses).

Once it fills up completely, you’ll get free spins, bonus cash, and more.

To begin with, there are only a few ways to deposit your money. Your only option for a web wallet is Skrill, and only a handful of credit and debit cards are accepted. The options for getting your money out are even fewer.

Fortunately, there are no extra fees on the merchant side. However, be aware that some card issuers may charge you a cash advance fee when you deposit at the casino. It may be a good idea to use an alternative payment method.

Chanz has not yet jumped on the crypto bandwagon. I like using bitcoin for deposits, but I can forgo it if the online casino in question has other compelling attributes.

In terms of wait times, this card room is average. If you use Skrill, you'll get your money by the end of the day. But if you use a check or other method, you may have to wait 3-5 days to get your money.

Deposit Methods

• Credit Cards
• Skrill
• Euteller
• iDEAL
• Bank Transfer

Withdrawal Methods

• Bank Transfer
• Credit Cards
• Skrill

Chanz does not have an easy VIP program. You have to work your way up to VIP status, like one of those old-school Mario games where you hit a question mark block and hope some coins drop. Instead of coins, you get free spins, bonus cash and raffle tickets. You might as well call it a very important person.

This ensures that the more you play, the more you get in return. I really like this.

If the need arises to contact Chanz customer support, you can do so via the options below.

Email - send a message to their support address - you won't get an immediate response, but it usually arrives within 4-6 hours, which is pretty fast for a busy online casino.

Agents are available around the clock via the Live Chat feature. You will always see the green speech bubble at the bottom right of the screen. Click on it and you will be connected to an operator.

In about 30 seconds, I was connected to an operator named Karen. She walked me through some of the bonus terms and answered my questions about the games.

A toll-free telephone hotline would be a great introduction for Chanz Casino. It would help make Chanz even more accessible and give it an air of seriousness and professionalism that is sometimes lacking in online gaming.

Playing at Chanz Casino is definitely something you’ll want to do if slots are your main game.

Chanz is definitely worth a closer look when you consider the almost great customer service and almost instant payouts. Check them out and see if they're a good fit for you.
