Looking for a legitimate gambling license, I feel good about the fact that this site is affiliated with Bookmaker.eu, which remains the largest sports betting site in the U.S. by a country mile, and it's nice to know that BetDSI itself has a long operating history. Quirky Navigation

The navigation isn't bad at all, but in some places it feels a bit illogical. For example, the site has two casinos and several sports betting tabs. It would almost make more sense to put them under sub-tabs within two sections. Anyway, you probably won't notice this, and maybe it's just me being a little picky. But you should also know that my standards are pretty high when it comes to online gambling sites.

No Telephone Support

Sometimes it's just easier to pick up the phone and work things out, isn't it? This is not an option on this site. The live chat agents are quick to respond, but I much prefer working with phone support.

Game Selection

The largest selection of games you have ever seen is not what you will find here. However, you will find two separate casinos that offer almost every type of casino game imaginable.

As I begin to peel back the layers, you'll see that one casino offers top-notch games, while the other is a casino you should stay away from. I'll show you what I mean as I go along, and by the time you finish reading this section, it will all add up and make sense.

Software

I always take a close look at the software suppliers that power the casino games at the sites I review. In this case, I discovered that there are two separate casinos and the games are powered by two different software suppliers.

The games in "Diamond Casino" come from a company called Nucleus Gaming, about which I could not discover much, even from their website. This company has a fair presence in several online casinos and the games seem to be of high quality. I can almost instantly identify an amateur company when I load one of their games. This does not seem to be that kind of company.

As for the games at the Rebate Casino, I could not even figure out who was powering them. They load almost instantly, giving no clue as to who the game provider might be, but some of them look like someone cobbled them together in MS Paint, so I would avoid this casino even if it offered daily cash back.

I have a strong feeling about the Diamond Casino games. Having spent nearly a decade in the casino review business, I have some knowledge of what goes on inside these places and how they operate. If I were you, I'd stick with the games at Diamond.

Keep in mind that these are the games you will find in the Diamond Casino, which I consider the superior of the two. If you opt for the Rebate Casino, you'll find a further 41 slots, although they seem much simpler and less professional than those in the Diamond Casino. My Favorite Find at BetDSI

BetDSI has some fantastic games, but my personal favorite was Spin to Ride. With a theme reminiscent of a gritty biker flick, this 5-reel, 3-line slot has a cell-shaded quality that I found particularly appealing. It also has some features that are downright awesome. While I was playing, I really enjoyed the Free Spins round; I was also tempted to play the Picking game, which gave me instant cash prizes (which, needless to say, I really enjoyed). The sportsbook is clean and designed with a minimalist touch. For some reason, however, BetDSI has chosen to divide it into many different sections. There are sections for the sportsbook, the retro sportsbook, the racebook, the esports and the live betting section. This can be quite confusing at first, but you will get used to it in no time. To be honest, most of the action happens under the Sportsbook and Live sections. Be sure to focus on these if you find yourself lost in a seemingly topsy-turvy world.

You will be able to place straight, teaser, round robin, parlay and if bets. You will find discreet "tabs" on the menu that display all the available bets in each betting category, which is very convenient. My personal favorite is the "Search" option, which allows you to go directly to what you want without having to meander through the site.

The betting slip is located on the right-hand side and is clear and easy to use. It lists the types of bets available to you, the odds of your outcome winning (American style only), and the amount you wish to bet. When you are ready to place your bet, simply click on the green button that says "Place Bet".

I tested BetDSI on my Android phone and found it to be fully compatible with mobile devices. I also read player reviews from those accessing the site on iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad, and everyone seemed to agree that BetDSI is a great site for mobile players. When I accessed the site, I was not prompted to download an app. In fact, I played directly through my mobile browser.

BetDSI has a special 'Live' section for those who wish to place in-play bets. However, to be honest, the live betting markets are sparse. Even in the realm of international soccer, where other betting sites allow you to place your money on hundreds of possible outcomes while the game is still in progress, BetDSI only allows you to place bets on the final score. Their live betting section is rather poor when compared to the competition.

Betting Limits

The BetDSI website has a "Betting Limits" page in the footer. Betting limits are based on two main factors: 1) the sport you're betting on and 2) the specific event within that sport.

For example, if you want to place an overnight side bet on the NFL, your maximum bet is $1,000. But if you want to place the same type of bet during the 48 hours leading up to the Super Bowl, you can put down $50,000.

Few, if any, other sports allow bets nearly as large. Some outcomes in the NBA and MLB allow you to bet up to $5,000. For most outcomes in most other sports, you're looking at a maximum bet of $1,000 to $2,000.

I recommend that you take a look at the Limits on Bets page for yourself. It's nicely laid out and gives you a quick, "above ground" look at the limits for each sport.

Promotions

I always wake up and pour myself another cup of coffee before reviewing the bonus offers at an online gambling site. Since I have to read through all the fine print to figure out if they offer any real value, I need that extra mainline of caffeine, especially when there are dozens of them to consider.

However, I found no fine print on this site. There are a lot of bonuses, and they seem great, but when it comes to the all-important terms and conditions, all I could find was a single sentence: "Terms and conditions apply.

I have tried to get some clarification on this, but have not had much success. In any case, I am starting to go off on a tangent, so let us just cut to the chase and I will explain as we go. The only thing is that there are no clear terms and conditions on the site. It says "terms and conditions apply", but nowhere are they written in black and white. This means that I cannot give you an unbiased overview of the rollover/playthrough requirements, minimum deposits, etc.

I do not know why your 50% sports welcome bonus is given as a casino bonus when there is also a casino bonus. This may not be a problem if you also enjoy playing casino games.

Casino Welcome Bonus

From the promotions page, it's clear that a 100% welcome bonus can be claimed when making a deposit at BetDSI Casino.

However, there are no specific terms or conditions, nor is there a set minimum/maximum bonus amount. Maybe they'll match a deposit up to any amount? I seriously doubt it. BetDSI could benefit from being clearer about what exactly is being offered and what the terms and conditions are.

Casino Daily Rebate

This is something I like the sound of. It's a 10% daily rebate bonus on net losses in the casino.

As with the other bonuses, I have no idea if there are any limits, rollover requirements, or anything else because no additional details are provided. I'm assuming that this cashback only applies to games played at the Rebate Casino, but again, I can't say for sure due to the lack of direct information.

Still, 10% back on anything sounds good and is something I would be interested in exploring further.

Bitcoin Deposit Bonus

If you choose to use cryptocurrencies for online gambling, there are some attractive bonuses available. The first is a 100% match bonus on your first deposit. The second is a 30% reload bonus on every deposit you make after your first deposit.

The promotions page states that this can be claimed for bitcoin and altcoins. However, when I looked at the cashier section, the only deposit method I could find was Bitcoin (more on that below).

Racebook Rebates

If you enjoy betting on horse racing, you will be happy to know that you can earn 8% on exotics and 3% on all win, place and show bets.

This time the terms and conditions are easier to understand. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for this bonus, which is phenomenal when you spend your days obsessing over the action down at the tracks.

Bonuses Summary

While these bonuses may look appealing, I need to know a lot more about them before I can accept them. What are the minimum funding requirements? Are there any rollover requirements? Are there any maximum or minimum conversion limits, and what about holding periods? All of this should be easy to find in the terms and conditions. But they're not.

Banking

Pay the closest attention to this area of any gambling site review. If it's a rogue operation or out to take advantage, you'll almost always find it in the banking terms and conditions. Fortunately, this is not the case with BetDSI. The banking could be better, but it could also be much worse.

You won't pay any additional fees when depositing, but you will be charged a flat fee of $50 when withdrawing via bank wire and between $25 and $50 when using person-to-person methods. These withdrawal fees are fairly standard.

This is a cryptocurrency friendly gambling site. Currently it only accepts Bitcoin, but I hope that in time it will accept Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Monero and a few other coins.

Live Chat - This is a much faster way to get in touch. I got answers almost immediately. Most were satisfactory, but one was not. I inquired further about the bonus terms and conditions and was told to send an email to the above address or to consult the (non-existent) bonus terms and conditions. Why not just give me the information right then and there? I mean, the live chat operators should know just as much as the email agents, right?

This place has decent enough customer service, but it could be better. If you need quick help, the live chat is the way to go, and someone is available to help around the clock. A phone service would have been nice though, and a more straightforward answer about the terms and conditions of the bonus would also have been welcome.

Would I Play at BetDSI Casino?
