Another "complaint" we have is that what should be standard in any business - premium customer service, personalized email support, and fast response times - too often seems to be reserved for customers with bigger wallets.

We hope that’s the case, but won’t know for sure until more information is released.

(A couple years isn’t much, but it’s better than nothing.)

Spinit is unlikely to be anything but a well-rated and well-reviewed casino, and there's no reason to think otherwise.

At the end of the day, they look and sound like a perfectly legitimate and trustworthy site full of exciting games and promotions. Just be sure to keep an eye on them and don't let the bright shiny objects they put in front of you blind you to the possibility that there are some problems you might run into.
