What do you get when you cross a fictional character, 1920s Dick Tracy-style artwork, and real money casino games? Well, you get Joreels Casino, which is the subject of my review today. I will admit that I am not really a big fan of cartoonish site design. While the Joreel brand only launched in 2017, the parent company has been in the online casino business for many years. One thing I noticed straight away is that each of the brands run by MT SecureTrade has a very different look and feel. I appreciate that, as many times operators can skip over these details and simply create cookie-cutter websites. Other categories have a tab, and yet I can’t figure out where video poker would fit if it didn’t have its own section.
Thankfully, I was able to locate some video poker by searching for it in the search box in the casino lobby. This is a bit ridiculous though – the site should have these games in one of the tabs, even if it isn’t labeled correctly.
Not only did I have to search for the games, but when I found the variants, I was surprised to see so few and none with multi-hand game options. Overall, I am not pleased with this section personally, but when considering my rating, I will factor in that I may be in the minority when it comes to loving video poker.

Wow. Well, this is where Joreels is hiding all that great casino content. The only real caveat here is that the maximum anyone can win with these Megaspins is $1,000. However, I like this promotion, as it isn’t too long but also rewards those who play the most in a particular week.
This is a simple but effective rebate offer for those players who play the live dealer games. The site will rebate you 20% of your losses on live dealer games on Thursdays to a maximum of $50. While it might not sound like much, getting that extra cash (which comes with no wagering requirement) after taking a beating at the tables is a silver lining indeed.

When I saw the link on the left-hand menu on the homepage, I was excited to click on it and find out how I could advance my status at this casino. However, what I found when I opened that page was nothing more than a very general overview of a VIP program.
Why do casinos continue to tease players like this? If they are trying to hide something about the program, it already gives me concern that there aren’t actually any legitimate benefits to the program.

This is garbage: a casino should be able to handle the queries of potential customers with just as much enthusiasm as those from their paying clientele. Joreels had better get their act together on this one. I am surprised because support is not an issue with the other MT SecureTrade brands. Joreels is a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to recommending them for your real money gambling. On the one hand, they have a great selection of slot machines, including great graphics and many progressive jackpots. However, the rest of the games selection falls down a bit in my opinion.
While the casino has a lot of ongoing promotions for players, the welcome bonus isn’t that appealing, and the lack of transparency when it comes to the VIP program is a real negative in my book.
