It’s exciting when we see a casino bring something new to the table.

Sometimes this “something new” is a unique brand or theme for the casino. Other times, it’s the software developers they work with or the games they offer. It may even be the promotions they offer.

As for CasinoPop.com? They tick a couple of these boxes.

In their case, they use an interesting theme on their website that revolves around pop culture. This is most obvious in the pop art they’ve used throughout their site.

They tick the promotions box, too. More specifically, their PopZone incentive program. It encourages you to play more, as the more you play, the closer you’ll get to playing their PopSpin game and earning special offers.

There are several offers you can win. Offers like bonuses, free spins, or an automatic level-up. That’s not the coolest part, though. I’ll tell you what is when we get to the promotions section later on in this review.

About CasinoPop Casino

The company who operates CasinoPop.com is MT SecureTrade Limited. You may have heard of them before since our company has reviewed a few of their casinos already. That includes Guts Casino, Rizk Casino, and Casinoland.

All of MT SecureTrade’s casinos have stellar ratings and reputations across the web. CasinoPop.com does too, despite being online since only 2016.

CasinoPop is licensed through two jurisdictions. One is the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). The second is through the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC).

Between their licenses, reviews, and ratings, I’m confident your information and money will be safe here. I’m just as confident that you’ll have a good time playing here, too.

  • Yemen

This list is by no means exhaustive, so you’ll want to check their site for the rest of their list. I also recommend that you follow the laws for where you live. Beyond that, you’ll still want to read CasinoPop’s terms and conditions. This industry changes fast, which means the list above can change at any time.

Software Suppliers

A casino is only as good as their games. This means that a casino is only as good as the software developers they partner with.

CasinoPop.com is in good hands. They work with an excellent lineup of software providers to bring you hundreds of quality slots, table games, video poker machines, and more.

The games you’ll get to play come from the following developers.

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • NYX Interactive
  • Bally
  • Play’n GO
  • WMS (Williams Interactive)
  • Barcrest Games
  • Side City Studios
  • Aristocrat
  • Genesis Gaming
  • Quickspin
  • Igaming2go
  • Thunderkick
  • Betdigital
  • Elk Studios

Another benefit to CasinoPop working with all these developers is how you can play their games. You won’t need to download a thing. You can play the games from your web browser instead. This allows you to play from any device without having to worry if you have the right computer or correct OS.

You’ll also get to play on your mobile device, which means you can literally play without stopping (other than to eat and sleep).

There’s a good chance you may want to do just that once you see the games you can play. I’ll show you a few examples here in a few minutes.

The Good Stuff

Interesting VIP/Incentive Program

Good Stuff
Each time you make a real money bet, your progress bar will increase. Once you fill it up, you’ll move up a level. Each time you level up, you’ll get a spin on their PopZone game.

What’s neat about this is that you can win all sorts of things, from free spins to cash to an entire jackpot. What’s even better is that there are no wager requirements for anything you win playing this game.

Large Variety of Slots

You can play dozens and dozens of slot machines here. You can take your pick from classic slots or video slots. The types of slots you can play include progressive slots, slots with bonus rounds, wilds, and more. That’s one of the many benefits to joining a casino that works with as many software developers as CasinoPop.com does.

Daily Offers

Each day, you can log in and claim an offer. You can also get free spins, as well as extra free spins on top of that, depending on your membership level.

The Bad Stuff

Offers/Games Change Based on Location

Bad Stuff
I noticed that their game selection and promotions change drastically depending on where you’re playing from. For example, I noticed a $500 difference in the welcome bonus when I reviewed them from two different locations.

Then there are different games. For example, if you play from the UK, you can play one video poker game, whereas, from Canada, you can play 5-6 games.

What’s worse is that you don’t really know what you’re going to get until you create an account and log in.

Slim Video Poker Selection

Regardless of where you’re playing from, their video poker selection is slim. Considering all the software developers they work with, there’s no reason not to have at least 15 UNIQUE titles to play. That doesn’t include the duplicate titles they could offer on top of that.

Game Selection

games

Let’s look at the most important aspect of any casino…the games.

You’re going to have dozens upon dozens of games to choose from at CasinoPop. I found all sorts of games I’d enjoy playing. So, your biggest issue here isn’t finding a game to play; it’s deciding which game you’re going to tackle first.

That said, CasinoPop.com has a few weaknesses that they need to work on. I’ll point out their biggest weakness in the video poker section, though they can improve their table game section, too.

They also say they have a live casino (the word “live” is in their game navigation), which led me to believe they offer these games. Makes sense, right?

Unfortunately, I didn’t find any from the 3 locations I reviewed them from. Perhaps this is a sign that they’ll offer them in the future?

Important! I sent support an email to ask about their live dealer games. Their reply made it sound as if they do have them, so I decided to try once more from Germany. I found a couple handfuls of live dealer games, which I talk more about later on in the game portion of my review.

Speaking of locations, I reviewed their casino from three areas – the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and during the editing process, Germany. I did that to see how their game library may change from one area to the next.

It can change quite a bit from one location to the next.

I point this out to let you know that your experience may vary. You may or may not be able to play the games I talk about below.

With that in mind, let’s get into the games I found.

Video Poker

You’re not going to like CasinoPop.com if you’re a video poker fan. Trust me; it’s not looking good.

I checked their casino from three different countries (United Kingdom, United States, and Canada) to make sure what I was seeing was accurate. Unfortunately, it was.

CasinoPop only has a couple of video poker games, depending on where you’re playing from. If you’re playing from the UK, you’ll only get to play Aces and Eights Poker. You’ll have the following options if you play from Canada.

  • Aces and Eights Poker
  • Joker Poker
  • Aces and Faces
  • Deuces Wild
  • Jacks or Better

That’s it.

You’ll find their video poker games in their “Other” section, which is confusing since most casinos have a dedicated video poker section. I did use their search bar to see if they maybe have other poker games in one of the other sections of their casino. I didn’t find any.

The quantity is obviously the worst part of this area of their casino.

The graphics are basic/ugly, which won’t appeal to everyone. That said, I’ve never seen a “pretty” or “amazing-looking” poker machine. It’s not like you have much of a choice here anyway since there are only 5 games to choose from.

You’re going to have to take what you can get.

As for stakes, the three machines I opened let you play for $0.25 to $25 per hand. This is okay – it’s not as low or high as I’ve seen before, but most people should be okay with this.

That’s about it. My biggest complaint is the lack of machines to choose from. If you’re okay with the basics and don’t mind simple graphics and playing for $0.25 to $25 per hand, you’ll be all right here.

Everyone else will probably want to choose a different casino.

Table Games

Let’s look at their table games next. Here are the unique games you’ll find here.

  • European Roulette
  • European Blackjack
  • Super Wheel
  • English Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Atlantic City Blackjack
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Craps
  • Triple Chance Hi-Lo
  • Blackjack Multihand
  • Premier Roulette
  • Roulette Touch
  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Roulette Crystal
  • Multi Wheel Roulette Gold
  • Premier Roulette Diamond
  • Pontoon

This is an okay selection of table games. This list is available to both CA and UK players.

It’s cool to see games like Pai Gow Poker, craps, and Triple Chance Hi-Lo. You don’t see these games very often.

The downside here is that this list is mostly made up of blackjack and roulette games.

Though, on the other hand, this is an upside if you’re a blackjack or roulette fan. You’re going to be pretty happy here between the standard games and the variants.

As for stakes, you can play Casino Hold’em for $1 to $100. You can play the Perfect Pairs European Blackjack game for $1 to $200. And you can play Roulette Crystal for $1 to $100.

Not bad, but they could offer higher stakes.

Overall, CasinoPop.com has done an okay job here. If I had to complain about something, it’d be the lack of games (other than blackjack and roulette). But they cover the basics and then some, which will be enough for most people.

Slots

You’re going to have no shortage of slot machines to choose from at CasinoPop.com. You’re biggest “problem” will be deciding which machine to play first.

Here’s a small sample of the slot machines you’ll find here.

  • Treasure Island
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • 7 Sins
  • Goldwyn’s Fairies
  • Robyn
  • Wizard of Gems
  • Sinbad
  • Genie’s Touch
  • Razortooth
  • Serenity
  • Happy Halloween
  • Bridesmaids
  • Spin Party
  • Wild North
  • Thunderstruck Ii
  • Ragnarok
  • Immortal Romance
  • Ariana
  • Golden Legend
  • Gemix
  • Pears of India
  • Tower Quest
  • Castle Builder
  • And more!

This list doesn’t do them justice. You’ll have dozens more to choose from, which include classic slots, video slots, and progressive slots.

From here, it breaks down even further. You can play slots based on movies and TV shows, animals, sports, money, holidays, cars, and more.

Then each slot will have different features. You’ll find slots with jackpots, bonus rounds, free spins, cascading wilds, and any combination of these features.

My favorite slots are the ones that are based on TV shows, movies, and video and board games. I’ve played Game of Thrones in Las Vegas. If you’re a fan of the show, it’s hard to go wrong here. Jurassic Park is another good one.

If progressive jackpots are your game, you’ll find several to play at CasinoPop.com. Mega Moolah is arguably the most popular one, and it has paid out tens of millions of dollars over the last decade. At the time of writing, the jackpot was sitting at $2.5 million.

The bottom line – if you want to play a specific machine, chances are you’ll find it here. This is one of the benefits of playing at an online casino powered by so many software developers.

Live Dealer

Guess what? You were pretty close to not learning a thing about CasinoPop.com’s live casino. The reason for that is simple – each time I looked at their live casino lobby, none of their games would pop up.

I tried from 3 countries/regions – the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

This prompted me to send them an email to ask what the deal was. They said they had live dealer games. So, I tried one last time from Germany.

Here are the games I found.

  • Live Roulette PRO
  • Live Blackjack
  • Live Blackjack Common Draw
  • Rocket Roulette
  • Live Auto Roulette
  • Live Auto French Roulette
  • Live Roulette HD
  • Live Blackjack PRO

I was a little unimpressed with their list of games, as it’s nothing but roulette and blackjack. But I know that, often times, when you click on a game, you’ll end up in their game developer’s lobby. Usually, they have more games and information about variants and stakes here.

That’s not the case here. What you see is what you get.

The good news is that they ARE quality live casino games. They come from NetEnt, which means high-quality streaming and plenty of options. Some of those options include chatting, camera angle changes, and more.

NetEnt usually offers higher stakes than Evolution Gaming, too, based on my experience. You should have no troubles finding games starting at $1 (and sometimes even less) to as much as $2,000-$10,000 for table games, and as much as $75,000 for roulette.

Overall, I’m feeling somewhat middle-of-the-road on their live casino. Most live casinos are stellar. To be stellar, though, you need to include all the games from the developer.

CasinoPop.com will work for some live dealer players. Others will want to go elsewhere, at least until CasinoPop adds more unique games to their lineup.

Other Games

Here are the games you’ll find in their “Other” section.

  • Fruit Blast
  • Bubble Bonanza
  • Electro Bingo
  • Enchanted Woods
  • Germinator
  • Hexaline
  • Mayan Bingo
  • Premier Racing
  • Premier Trotting
  • Super Bonus Bingo
  • Triangulation
  • Bunny Boiler Gold
  • Cashapillar Scratch Card
  • Golden Ghouls
  • Hand to Hand Combat
  • Hole in One
  • Alien Attack
  • Bugs Party
  • Flying Pigs

This is a solid selection of bingo, arcade, and scratch ticket games. I’d probably play Germinator, Triangulation, Hexaline, and Max Damage. The graphics for these look the most fun…as fun as a scratch ticket can get, anyway.

Promotions

promos

CasinoPop.com has a couple of offers running. This includes a welcome bonus, as well as daily offers that come with free spins.

That said, it looks like their offers can vary drastically depending on the country you’re playing from. I’ve included what I could find below, but keep in mind that what you can claim may be different.

Welcome Bonus

Make a deposit of $15 or more and receive a 100% match bonus up to $100. You’ll also receive 100 free spins at the rate of 10 per day, for 10 days.

This offer has a 40x playthrough on both your deposit and bonus. This is for slots players, though. You’ll want to check their terms if you plan to play a different game.

You’ll need to complete the playthrough within 30 days of claiming the bonus. The max you can cash out from this offer is $2,000.

Important! This offer is different depending on what country you’re playing from. For example, I saw a €700 bonus when looking at their casino from the United States.

Spin Break

I only saw this offer when reviewing their casino from the United States. Here’s how this offer looks.

Between 11 am and 2 pm, you’ll find offers you can claim under the rewards section (once you’re logged in). CasinoPop.com puts out new offers on a daily basis. Here’s what that looks like.

  • Burger Monday – Receive 40 extra free spins when you make your next deposit. The game of the day is Volcano Riches.
  • Taco Tuesday – Get 50 extra free spins on your next deposit. The game of the day is Sweet Alchemy.
  • Veggie Wednesday – The game of the day is Dead or Alive. Get 50 extra free spins when you make your deposit.
  • Pasta Thursday – The game of the day is Hotline. Get 40 free spins on your next deposit.
  • Pizza Friday – Make a deposit each day for the next 3 days and receive 100 free spins each time you do.

You’ll also receive free spins each day. The number of spins you get depends on your (VIP) status.

That’s it for their offers.

The daily offers are nice. It’s great to see that they have something for you to claim once you’re done with the welcome offer.

My biggest complaint is how much of a difference there is in their offers from one country to the next. In fact, you can review their casino from CA or the UK and not see their daily offers at all.

Other than that, they’ve done a pretty good job here.

Banking

Let’s talk banking options.

What’s impressive about their options is that they say they strive to always have at least one banking option that is free or almost free to use. That appeared to be true when I reviewed them.

As far as limits, you can deposit $15 to $5,000. They say nothing about withdrawal limits on their banking page or in their terms and conditions.

Cash-outs will take 1-3 banking days. The exception is e-wallets – those take only one day to clear.

Deposit Methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Trustly
  • Bank transfer
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • Paysafecard

Withdrawal Methods

  • Visa

  • Trustly
  • Bank transfer
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • Paysafecard

VIP Program

vip

Their loyalty/incentive promotion is called PopZone.

When you log into your account, you’ll notice that you have a progress bar. Each time you fill this progress bar, which you do by playing real money games, you’ll level up and get to play their PopSpin game.

This game awards bonuses and other perks. Here are the offers you can win from PopSpin.

  • Free spins
  • Cash
  • Epic spins (worth 3x normal free spins)
  • PopTickets – Lottery tickets where you can win prizes like trips.
  • Level up – Move up to the next level and automatically receive another spin.
  • Jackpot – At level 10, you can win the jackpot prize.

The coolest thing about this offer is that they say these offers are wager-free.

Another neat fact: your progress bar will increase 70% as soon as you register your account. You’ll be only a gaming session or two away from your first level-up and spin.

Customer Service

You can contact CasinoPop.com using the following options.

  • Live chat
  • Email: [email protected]

I sent them an email to ask about their cash-out limits and whether those apply to their progressive jackpot winners. I also asked about their live casino.

The first response wasn’t bad. The guy who responded said he attached a screenshot of the live casino, so I could see what games they had. However, he must’ve forgotten to attach the screenshot. He also just sent me a link to the terms, as he didn’t understand my question about their banking limits or progressive jackpots.

I responded to let him know about the missing screenshot and to clarify my question about their banking limits and rules about progressive jackpots. The response from their “team leader” was worse, as she wanted to know my account details. She also said that you could find out the banking limits when you go to cash out, and if they weren’t enough, that you can make multiple cash-outs.

She also said that they try to handle progressive jackpot wins as smoothly as possible and that any information that you need to know about how they’re handled would be handled if and when you win.

Meh.

Their response time is great, but they could’ve put a little more effort into the responses. Their supports gets one thumb up from me.

Would I Play at CasinoPop Casino?

Yeah, I’d probably play here.

There are a few kinks CasinoPop.com needs to work out. For example, they could flesh out their video poker section. It wouldn’t hurt to add a few more non-blackjack and roulette games to their table game lineup, either. That goes for their live casino, too.

Neither of those things would stop me from playing here, though. They still have blackjack, Casino Hold’em, Jacks or Better, and tons of slots to choose from. In other words, there are still loads of games to play here. These complaints only become a problem if there’s something specific you’re looking to play.

Their selection is plenty good enough for me. If it’s good enough for you too, then don’t hesitate to check them out.
