It is very important to me that a site like this offers a mobile friendly site so that players can use their phones or tablets to place their bets. With more and more people using their mobile devices to gamble every day, it is even more important that sites like this offer a version of their website that is responsive and friendly to mobile users.

First, I checked out the sports betting at Bet365 on my mobile phone. I immediately noticed that they had a great mobile version of their site. The look and feel of the mobile version was extremely nice and I was able to search for bets and find exactly what I was looking for in no time at all. I have taken some time to seriously consider their customer service options and actually test them for myself. Bet365 offers its customers a 24/7 support service that works like an assembly line: a steady stream of emails being sent in one direction and an equally steady stream of replies being sent in the opposite direction. My experience with email support has been mainly one of not being in a hurry. I prefer this method because I can take my time composing an email, and when the email reaches the other side, it can be read and understood at a nice, leisurely pace. However, I believe that one of the few absolutes in life is that if it must be, it must be, and this means that at times I only need to contact Bet365 by email for up to a 24 hour window every single day of the week.

If you don't want to use a computer and want to call the Bet365 team, that's also an option. I was glad to see that Bet365 offers phone support - many other online sportsbooks and casinos do not. You can call Bet365's support number at any time of the day or night; these people are on duty 24/7. I did not feel rushed during my calls to their support center, and the agents I spoke with seemed happy to help me. Finally, I also tried their live chat support. Personally, live chat is my preferred method of contacting sites when I need assistance. I just find it to be the fastest and most efficient way to get solutions. As with their other support methods, it looks like Bet365 are offering 24/7 live chat support, which is a really nice touch.

I am really pleased with the customer service I have received from Bet365. I have contacted them through all three contact methods and have received quick and effective answers to every question I have had. I particularly liked the fact that they have 24/7 support. Based on my experience, I can't imagine having anything but a wonderful interaction with their customer service team.
